About our coffee
What size are your bags of coffee?
All of our coffees are sold in old school 1 pound (16 ounce) bags.
What roasts do you use?
We offer medium, dark and french roast coffees. We have found that medium roast keeps the coffees' natural flavor profile the best.
What decaf method do you use?
We only use Swiss Water Process Decaf which is 100% chemical-free.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders placed before 10:00 am will be roasted and shipped on the same day and will be delivered to your door within 1-4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Can I return my order?
As coffee is perishable, we unfortunately do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there are any errors with your order or with your coffee, please contact us within 2 business days and we will do our best to help.
